The Chord Change ii7 - V7 - I7

The ii7 - V7 - I7 chord is one of the most important building blocks for learning to improvise. The chord progression will be easy to spot once you have played through these exercises. A minor-seventh chord followed by a Dominant-seventh chord a 4th up followed by a major chord another 4th up.

These are the chord charts for the above backing track. These charts are from a publication by Jamey Aebersold, who was one of the first jazz educators to focus on improvisation. His publications have been the foundation of a jazz education. These JPGs should print. easily.
